Thirsty Cow in City of Industry is one of the better KBBQ spots I’ve been to. The quality of the meat really stands out, and the service was excellent. My favorite cut was the Black Angus hand-cut short rib (original). It was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly on the grill without much fuss. I also tried the marinated version, which was good too, but the sugar in the marinade tends to burn quickly. It left the grill messy and required more frequent slate changes, which slowed things down a bit. Luckily, our servers Theo and Oscar were great. They were attentive, helpful, and really kept things moving. Whether it was changing out the grill or checking in at just the right moments, they made the whole experience more enjoyable. If you’re looking for high-quality Korean BBQ with solid service, Thirsty Cow is definitely worth a visit.

Although the most expensive Prime lunch costs $57, it is the only all-you-can-eat BBQ restaurant that has the aged Filet Mignon, NY Strip and Kimchi Dosirak.

If I have to ask every time for a rwfill, more rice, to even have my grill changed.. multiple request. But you expect a good tip. I'm cooking the food. Wasn't even busy . Food was great service was really bad this time.

2nd visit was better than the 1st as we were better prepared and knew what to order and expect. Good quality meat and food in what was likely an old Chili's restaurant located near the Costco. I suggest paying the $54 to get the hand cut short ribs (our favorite) and a larger selection of beef items .. including steaks. As others noted, service was great... friendly and efficient. The two girls serving our area frequently walked back and forth along the central dining aisle with eyes scanning the tables to check the tables. They would promptly ask if we were ready to order the next round of dishes. And meat dishes would arrive about 5 minutes after the order was placed. One suggestion is to dip the almost cooked beef or pork in the dipping sauce and hot sauce and then put it back on the grill for a minute or so to let the sauces caramelize. The taste is sublime. I would avoid the belly cuts if you can because the high fat content makes you feel full quickly and suddenly. That was my my experience There are about 10 or more Korean BBQ places in the Rowland heights area. Not all are AYCE and some have better quality of meat. They're also more expensive for what you get. Overall, Thirsty Cow is our favorite in terms of value, quality, service and atmosphere. We will pay another visit the next time we're in the area.

A very good and prompt service oriented All You Can Eat BBQ. However there’s a time limit to sit. A good place to gather with friends and get together with family. Very crowded and fast pace.

This kbbq is probably the best AYCE kbbq in the area and thus, our favorite one. Their meat quality is outstanding, and their sides are phenomenal just as well. If it's within budget, always go with their premium option- it's well worth the extra $10! Our favorite meats have to be their black Angus hand cut short rib, beef tongue, and rib finger. We also usually get the brisket(to start), beef belly, and woodae galbi. All the meats are excellent. We are also huge fans of their sundubu-jjigae (spicy tofu stew) and kimchi. Also get their radish slices, then top it off with a piece of meat and kimchi and it's the perfect bite. At the end of the meal, they do have ice cream which is the perfect way to end a perfect meal. This place does get very busy, especially on the weekends, so plan accordingly. The dining area is big and well ventilated. They do have some tables that can accommodate bigger parties and there's always good music playing. Service is also always quick and attentive. We definitely recommend this place!
